Mission: To provide emotional and spiritual support and encouragement to those who are struggling, referring them to appropriate resources, if needed.
Staff: The Connection Helpline is entirely staffed by trained volunteers.
Purpose: Our goal is to communicate non-judgementally and with empathy. To bring peace and healing to our world.
History: The Connection Helpline began taking calls on September 23, 2003 at 1:00pm Eastern Time.
The Connection Helpline became incorporated as a Not for Profit Corporation in the State of Florida on February 24, 2006.
The Connection Helpline became a 501(c)3 organization on September 30, 2011.
